    Thamel reporting that Williams is leaning toward returning to UW. If Fisch allows that, he deserves the lost locker room that he’s about to have. Idiotic.

    I think that’s exactly how the game will be. I’m noticing just as many people heading there that couldn’t make the Rose Bowl as people that are double dipping. And the non-scientific numbers like the ones from SeatGeek back it up. The only difference from the Rose Bowl is you’ll be able to tell the moment you see inside the stadium.

    Did they ever get the JUCO eligibility thing sorted out? He's listed as being a RS Senior next season, but he played 2 years at Iowa Western before Tulsa.

    I don't think many tickets are actually available right now. If you look at the Ticketmaster map, there are a ton of sections without a single listing. I'd guess get-in price will be around a grand when it's all said and done if it's Ole Miss. Hard telling if it's Miami. Either way, the CFP title game has started trending more toward a super bowl crowd than a normies crowd.

    You'll have people sit there with a straight face and tell you this is all legal. I've seen better footwork on my 7 year old's city league squad.

    Would much rather see Ole Miss. Among other things, I've absolutely had my fill of Michael Irvin.

    I don't necessarily think we have to sacrifice culture for talent. Finding the culture guys that are also a step above talent-wise isn't easy, but right now we have the luxury of being choosy. Plus, once we go through another couple of cycles of HS kids coming in that establish the culture even deeper, we can also take some bigger swings on a freak that may need some guidance.
