I think from a “legal”/NCAA rules standpoint Stu is being fair. Having the app on your phone doesn’t prove anything. Problem is that stuff is pretty easy to track, so if he is betting and someone decides to look into it then it’ll be easy to prove. If he’s betting NFL or NBA, like Stu said it’ll be largely a nothing burger. If he’s betting on CFB he’s pretty f****d, and should be. My “Do I care? No” line is assuming he’s not betting CFB to be clear lol.

A guy doesn’t have FanDuel on his phone if he isn’t betting. Realistically, there’s almost certainly nothing he’s betting on that would be considered within NCAA rules. Do I care? No. But let’s call it what it is lol.

Nah I didn’t take it as one, just adding some context. The top of FCS, teams and players, is really good football. And having 3 more years of this kid is excellent.
