Honestly they’re a big waste of time. They can make up all the rules they think are needed, but it does no good when they aren’t enforced. The NCAA is a joke when it comes to enforcement. Tapping Allen for the job right away was the smart move imo. As soon as I saw Wilson was fired I hoped Allen would get the permanent gig. I'm absolutely baffled that some of the same people on here who say we have an incompetent AD, are also upset that the AD didnt do a wider coaching search. If hes such a bad AD that sounds to me like the last thing I'd want is him leading a coaching search. Dont even get me started on that Archie Miller hiring either. The AD clearly doesnt have a clue.
