    It’s a penalty because of the ongoing issue of brain trauma along with the lawsuit against the league because of CTE hence why leading with your helmet(head) is a penalty. Your post is so far off it’s not even funny, and I hope to god no football league adopts your way of thinking. Edit: the league does go over the top with a lot of their rules but leading with your head isn’t one of them.
