That last play really should have been their 2nd to last.  Not sure if that was a QB thing or a coach thing during that 2nd to last play.  Some poor clock management there at the end.

  I hate that there are so many bowls.  Trust me, I love the fact that it's easier to get into bowl (I mean, all things considered), but it's sooooo diluted.  Bleh!

Too small for my liking. 180 lbs will get crushed and 6'1" can't see over the line as well. Ask diamont. I presume you prefer a mobile QB over a pro-style then?

I know I was close to the edge after the Rutgers debacle but after a step back, I know that even if missing a bowl this year would be 1 step forward, 2 steps back for IUFB.  I agree Phil, an ax after this season would lead to a rinse/repeat scenario that has been IUFB since the 90s.

Nice work Terry.   I echo the 3rd and shorts and special teams.  We have a giant of a QB and a sizeable backfield.  The staff needs to use them on these 3rd and shorts.  Run a QB sneak.  I keep hearing (and see it throughout the game) how strong our O-line is (and they are really good), let's use this to our advantage.    Kick returns.  I swear, every time we have an opportunity to return a kick, the guy runs right into the back of his blocker.  This should be turned into a drinking game.
