Also it’s not really all Adidas fault. Adidas is actually not only the fastest growing sportswear brand, it’s one of the fastest growing brands period. It could be argued that Adidas is more popular now than Nike, especially shoe-wise. IU is likely handcuffing them and not giving them much opportunity to be creative. I get the feeling when watching him that he just doesn’t use it very effectively. You’d think if we have a guy with a 48” vertical that he would be able to finish better than he’s shown. It seems like when it makes sense to rise up and throw it down over someone he tries to just lay it in and then when you wouldn’t advise going for a dunk that’s when he decides to. The thing that gets me with Frankie is he isn’t even very good. Subpar editing and calling his videography skills subpar would be very modest. Has way better options with IU media at the school. No real reason to keep him around other than being close before. Dude doesn’t even have media access so he just takes clips from the TV broadcast and posts it on his YouTube. I’ve been a fan of bringing the bison back as a mascot for years now. I never really thought about it being a basketball thing, I think it would look out of place at a basketball game but I do think it would be great for football. Maybe like Ole Miss did this year.
