Oh, I know. It’s definitely something I wouldn’t bet on. When you think about it though we haven’t really had a game that has told us anything, other than Virginia. Ohio State was just on another level, Georgia Southern was just awful, and, although I don’t think by as much as it seemed, Penn State was better too. I was very impressed with the Virginia game since I think they are more comparable to the majority of our opponents. But as you said before, we have the tendency to lose some games we should win so none are guaranteed. But I’m hoping that the team that played Virginia will show up the rest of the year. October 7 is the weekend of fall break. Fall break isn't really a break, just get the 6th off.

We very well may have the most depth at WR in the conference.

He said he will. Many other teams do it. Alabama's starting running back blocked a punt on Saturday. And even if you want to get technical, Westbrook wasn't even a starter. He was put on special teams to motivate him to perform better and become a starter, just like any other backup.

Something that I noticed with Lagow last night that I really hoped would improve was he still stares down his first read for like 6 seconds and doesn't really have a second. It's very easy to see who he's going to throw to.

What analysis can Dakich provide for IU football?

I think 7 wins is definitely attainable and probably should be guaranteed but there's always 1 or 2 games every year we lose to someone we shouldn't have. I also think this year has to be the year we take down someone good. Probably either Ohio State or Michigan. We though it was last year but turns out not so much. I'll set my expectations at 6 wins but stay optimistic for more.

Glad to see he's already getting reps. I'm really excited about him and I think he may be the best back on the team. A lot of size and speed.
