To me Green is the type of guy that can really show out against a team like Duke.... I am very thankful he is back at it... I really feel Morgan can handle his own but anybody else that we have that likes to drive the lane could be in big trouble on Tuesday... Green's little elbow jumper could be HUGE!

LOL In other words, when you ( @ALASKA HOOSIER ) suck you suck worse than the rest!!! So when dropping the 2 lowest scores the field had to drop say a 95 point prediction... while Alaska only had to drop a 65 point prediction.... so he gained 30 points on the field.... ALL Scores were previously being included.... now each person's lowest 2 are excluded.

Because this is the 1st results with the 2 lowest scores removed... Your Lowest scores were lower than others lowest scores so you got more of a bump.

I am not saying it is an excuse but I can definitely see fatigue being an issue... both Tired Legs & Mental Focus. There are so many factors..... Juwan's 23 minutes for example doesn't seem like a lot but it was 20 straight minutes in the 2nd half vs Arkansas Romeo & Rob should expect to play big minutes however 5 games in and that is a work in process, High School is not the same, the game is shorter and the effort required is lower. I watched a lot of NA games last year and I would say Romeo is definitely giving MUCH more effort per minute played! They have been going harder and trying to learn more in practices early in the season. I don't think this is an issue that can be compared to the tournament as that is a much different scenario at the end of the season.

He is up in the air a decent amount (for him)... doesn't look like he has the ball corralled all the way as it could be... As much as I think Rob gets the blame for going to early, De'Ron gets the same blame for not knowing the time situation.... 7 seconds... pull it down and go back up with it with power... no chance he is missing if he gathers and goes back up (unless he is fouled which is fine as he hits his FTs)

I would say no... I would say NOBODY is a legitimate threat to go undefeated ever again.... not that it can't happen, but I don't see that... With this specific Duke team they are too Freshman oriented and play a heck of a tough schedule. They will lose at least a couple.

Ahh gotcha, I thought you were just asking how it affected us, so was trying to give details. This early rankings are fluid, but I definitely think it is in the best interest of the program to be Ranked as often and as High as possible. It helps with fans, boosters, recruits, media coverage, etc. We gave away a prime opportunity and with the upcoming Duke game we may have a bit before we can recover and get in. BUT I wouldn't consider this a BAD LOSS in the grand scheme of the year.

They are even worse on Offense than Arlington... but Defense is tough and being shorthanded is hurting us IU 85 UC Davis 60 (REVISED)

Went from 131 points (23 away from #25) last week to 74 points this week (76 away from #25). So it isn't a good thing... 3 teams fell and we didn't get to move in.... instead 3 other BIG teams jumped in ahead of us and Nebraska jumped us to the first out! Combine that with Maryland being the 3rd out and the BIG has 9 teams in the Top 28. And hey at least Arkansas got 1 vote for 25th after beating us...

I must have watched a different game? Anderson only had 1 TO... he is faster with the ball than the others but he does seem to value it. A few passes to him he could have came towards harder but they were weak passes from the others causing them to get picked off. He has a nice shot (doesn't shoot often... 2nd fewest yesterday). He seems to be able to get where he wants to go and can finish. To me Fitzner was a bust yesterday, did he even play in the 2nd half? Sharpshooter who only attempts 1 3 and 1 other shot the whole game? He needs to be more in the rotation. 2nd lowest minutes and he wasn't in foul trouble or anything else. And Justin Smith needs to get MUCH stronger before he sees the floor. There is a reason he played the least minutes yesterday. He has the potential but isn't ready.
