Advice /Help establishing a site like this for an industry/association page

I have followed this site for a long time, but don’t post much. I’d like to talk to someone that manages the site about how it works and the cost involved. I’m interested in creating something like this for an industry group that I’m a part of. I really like how the site is structured as well as the availability of the app. If you are able to give me some advice on this could you pm me?
