  1. Our corporate model was a biannual internal eNPS. All employees remained anonymous and filled out a net promoter score. Overall employee satisfaction, criticism, and areas of improvement. Then we broke it down into the department management and their teams. Great indicator of how our leaders were performing, based on the views from their own personnel. Maybe Dolson should conduct one of these, and see where things actually stand internally.
  2. Agree! I believe he stays in Bloomington. He and his wife love it here. And he's proven you can win here.
  3. USC’s ideal Lincoln Riley replacement is doing what Trojans couldn’t in the Big Ten https://fansided.com/usc-s-ideal-lincoln-riley-replacement-is-doing-what-trojans-couldn-t-in-the-big-ten

    Jalen Hood-Schifino - LA Lakers

Good! Get as far away from the Lakers as possible.
  5. I remember when we beat the Soviet National team in 75 in an exhibition game at MSA. The fans and media made a big deal about an "exhibition" game then. lol
  6. As a fan of over 50 years, I'm definitely not getting excited about an exhibition win. However, your point of us not winning against quality teams, only strengthens the argument that these players will return to Btown with more confidence, than when they left. Who cares what the fans think about it, the 13 guys in the locker room will definitely be able to build off it. My biggest concern is still the coaching.
  7. You've pointed out the obvious. We haven't been able to go many places and win. All I'm saying is it gives the players more confidence heading into hostile environments. The coaches had to come away with the same confidence, as well.
  8. It was more for the players confidence. So yes, the W means more than just an exhibition game to them.
  9. In the eyes of the players, it wasn't just an exhibition game. Coming out of Knoxville with a W, is all they will remember. It's more of a confidence and psychological win than anything else. These guys know they can go into an away/neutral site game and compete. That's all we wanted to take away from this. Our pg definitely gives us that edge we've been waiting for.
  10. Especially as the 4th overall pick
  11. Chris Reynolds/Jamal Meeks combo The two headed pg's who orchestrated all the talent around them. Neither could shoot worth a lick, but steady and played hellacious D

    (2022) - PG/SG Lexus Bargesser to IU

Can't wait! The shot has been the only thing holding her back. And I know Ali has been working with her on that. I believe her ACL issues are behind her (hopefully)
  13. Didn't disappoint! Can't wait to see the player Sisley becomes, with the Montverde experience.

Never imagined I would be seeing IU ranked ahead of a Kalen DeBoer coached football team.

  17. Seems like our worst case scenario, Liam McNeeley got in his ear on the visit. They compared notes, and that's all she wrote.

    2024 IUFB Season

Agree! Never thought I'd see the day, where IU football is big and physical in the trenches. On both sides of the ball.

The W needs to address a number of things moving forward. Now that they have a healthy revenue stream, what will they do with it. The garbage media tried to create a false narrative and division amongst the players. Especially the ROTY discussion, was both sad and laughable. Hell, even the Connecticut crowd sounded like a Fever home game. But you nailed it, it's hard to call it a playoff "series" when one team doesn't have the opportunity to defend their home court. PS- Aliyah had a monster game last night.
