Totally agree! Still feel like going to a road gym somewhere is slightly different even if the neutral site isn't in a favorable location

I would like us to add a true road game to the non conference even if it's not against a big time team. It's not the end of the world if we don't since we're playing 3 quality neutral games but I do think it would help to go into a hostile environment at least once before conference play.

Yeah and we wouldn't have to go play in the library that is Bryce Jordan. I swear that terrible environment causes so many weird games to happen lol

There weee major holes on the wing at the time and we were not reported to be involved with any wings and we had just lost a guy that we basically had been told was ours. I’m not going to get into a big argument about this because it’s moot now but that was a culmination of all the misses from last summer. Mgbako came out of nowhere and I’m damn sure glad he did lol

I agree. I’ll always admit when I’m wrong because there’s no reason not to. I also think at that point in time it was fair to have concerns given how the 23 class had looked at the time and the major holes on the roster. However I think the Mgbako win is one for me personally that has cemented my trust in the recruiting

Was just enjoying my weekend and I pull this up to see I caught some strays lol. I was wrong sure but at that time we just missed on Ledlum and nobody had any clue what direction we were going in. I’ll own being wrong but going back a month to find my posts is weirdo behavior lol

Really feels like this is the biggest recruiting win in a long time. This was a “we’re here to stay” type of statement. I think currently we’re a top 20 team for next year and if we can add another shooter maybe closer to 12-15

I’m feeling pretty optimistic about this. Just feels like if it was Kansas he wouldn’t have had to think about it this long and it would’ve leaked by now. Either way it seems like our staff did everything they possibly could here so can’t be mad at them if it goes the other way

I would like to say whether things are going well or not, this board is far less annoying than all the others. Peegs has turned into an absolute wasteland over the last few months. Just a bunch of people constantly crying and complaining about everything

I’m starting to think Peegs is a scam. They lead people on so much just for the rug to be pulled out at the last second constantly. Not to mention Rabjohns can’t do basic tasks of the site like show up to Monday night chats. He always shows up at the last second to say we aren’t getting someone right before they commit somewhere else though. He acts like he’s some big time reporter but in reality he’s a bum that leads people on for clicks and subscriptions to his BS website

Also a huge pet peeve of mine is the IU fan accounts online that just take info they clearly read on the message boards and then post it on social media and act like it’s their own
