As far as the 4/5 player coming, Eric from HH posted on peegs that he spoke to some others who were on the call and they don't remember CDD saying it that way. Seems like this is probably a good example of telephone, like we often see on message boards. So it seems like that isn't going to happen in the timeline mentioned in the video.

He can get another year. Maybe 2. I doubt he stays at IU if he keeps "playing." He played 4 years but 1 was the COVID year which didn't count. He didn't play this year which means it was a redshirt year so he can get another year. He also had a season with only 8 games played so he might be able to get a medical redshirt on top of that.
