  1. Never said they weren’t perfect. They have some screwball thrown in every year that doesn’t make any sense. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  2. A system created by the NCAA, is one I’ll never trust when they won’t even release the algorithm. It’s just stupid to have set it as the #1 metric and always will be. No reason to not use NET, RPI, BPI, Sagarin, Kenpom and whatever other rating system all together and then use the eye test(which will always end up being best). 3. I’d say after losing 12 of 13, you should drop not just out of the Top 100, but well out. And those losses included Nebraska, NW and Rutgers. That was a pathetic joke of the NET and showed just how biased it can be. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  4. He is 6-9. Capela is 6-10. And Capela can hit the broad side of a barn from just about anywhere. Tristan Thompson is the same height as TJD at 6-9 254. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  5. UNC’s makes more sense with how they’ve struggled recently. But last year, Indiana never dropped outside the Top 100. That didn’t make any sense. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  6. Here is what people don’t understand, Trayce isn’t going to go to the NBA to be an offensive weapon. He will clean up some messes and catch some lobs. He’s going to go to the NBA to block shots, contest shots and rebound. To play a small ball 5 and the 4 when teams want to go big. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  7. And that will skew their ranking for pretty much the rest of the year even though we know they are better than that and likely a Top 15 team. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  8. The man, the myth, the legend... the one who started “The Process.” Sam Hinkie... lol Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  9. Kentucky the 58th best team right now huh? Hmmmm... Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  10. I wouldn’t say Liberty is better than IU, but I don’t see any reason to not give them a chance in the Top 25. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  11. Then you just don’t know about Liberty. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  12. This was surprising news. Wonder why. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  13. We still played like crap. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  14. We won’t win it no matter what. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  15. Eh... depends on your definition of crap. I’d say we have probably 40% of the time. We had multiple 10-20 minute spurts of crap against cream puffs. We played like crap for all of Wisconsin. Played like crap for most of UConn. Played like crap for all of Nebraska. So maybe more than 40%. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  16. Here is an example of the amazing Big Ten officiating Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  17. 99.99999999% of kids aren’t ready to leave. In case anyone wanted to know, basketball is by far the most difficult sport to go pro in where you have a1 in 11,000 something chance of making it. He needs to stay about 3 years. Simply to refine some skills. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  18. So we are all laughing at Purdue right? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  19. If you are going to New York, you’re a legitimate contender. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  20. Right. Out of Davis, Sampson, Crean and Archie, Crean has been the closest. It doesn’t mean it’s close. Just the closest. As in Denver is closer to Boston that Salt Lake City, LA and Portland. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  21. Yea it’s way better officiating and it’s not even that good really. Which says how terrible college refs are. And the talent is by far the deepest it’s ever been. Especially at PG, SF and C. The game itself has gotten better as well. Players actually play defense unlike in the 80’s and don’t play thug ball like in the 90’s. There are plenty of flaws but the NBA seems to want to work on it. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  22. Those teams played good offense and defense. The 12-12 and 15-16 teams won some grinding games and put points on teams. That’s what we expect right? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  23. For reals, if the Miami Heat do something really stupid and fire Spoelstra, Indiana needs to bring him in somehow. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  24. It’s a different game. Somewhere in between the two really. They play better defense than teams in the 80’s but better offense and none of the trashy thug ball from the 90’s. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  25. I’ve spent a lot of timing watching some crappy IU basketball and football. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
