  1. Nothing. I’m still a born and raised diehard fan who will raise my kids to be the same. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  2. Actually saw it on Facebook and thought it was funny. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  3. Well Rutgers isn’t a good offensive team. And they aren’t a good shooting team. Yet their offense had more room to work than ours. Our defense struggles mainly because players are so inconsistent with effort. But the hedging, especially from Brunk, and 3pt defense still need tweaked. The defense can be way better if players would hustle and pay attention to detail. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  4. Though the defense is troubling too. Effort helps a lot, but the hedges and leaving of shooters open is killer. Rutgers torched us multiple times because we can’t defend a pick and roll and hedge too far. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  5. Archie Miller needs a Joe Brady in his life. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  6. There is a certain type of play and change that would change my mind. But that’s not going to happen. Archie won’t change his system and the players aren’t going to care. And they’ve showed that for 3 years now. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  7. Well honestly, college basketball better when there are teams who suck and there are teams who are great. With a bit in the middle. As for the Big Ten, having Penn State and Rutgers good at basketball doesn’t do anything for you when Indiana isn’t good. Indiana is going to make a ton of money no matter what, but the media pull of a good Indiana teams greatly outweighs what a good PSU and Rutgers team can combined. It is also best for a conference to have clear cut tiers. Sure the numbers are best to look at this year, but it’s been pretty boring with how predictable it has been. So yea, I’d say having PSU and Rutgers just suck would be better. But a program like Indiana also has to get back to being great. Ideally, the B1G would have Michigan State and Indiana. Follow that with tier 2 of Ohio State, Michigan, Maryland and Purdue. Followed by tier 3 of Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota and Iowa. Then tier 4 of Rutgers, Nebraska, Northwestern and Penn State. 8. But using “I’m” is more entertaining. And shirt worthy. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  9. If Rutgers can beat Minnesota, they might get ranked. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  10. A bit. But I wouldn’t be sad if it actually happened. There would actually be hope for the program at that point. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  11. Correct. No need to edit. It’s fine. People should be able to figure it out with the context surrounding it. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  12. If we win I give credit where it is due. But one win over Ohio State was going to change my mind on Archie. He’s not good enough for this job. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  13. 6 road wins under Archie? 6? That’s not a good number. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  14. I’d take the kids talent. What’s the difference between him and Smith and Hunter? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  15. Even Creans halfcourt was better. Outside of zone offense. I’d honestly take the 3 man weave over the lazy pick and rolls any day. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  16. How about both? We are paying Archie too much money to just be a defensive coach. And the defense isn’t even that good. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  17. Well an offensive specialist can help actually develop players. Something we haven’t seen under Archie. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  18. It’s definitely an odd flex. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  19. The attitude of “this is fine.” I expected a loss as well, but I figured the team would actually try for more than a few minutes during the game. That they’d build a little on the effort shown in the Ohio State game. Instead they took a step back. That’s what frustrates me. That’s why there are no positives to take or even a “it’s a Big Ten road game, we were going to lose,” type of attitude. It’s more than just the L next to this game. 20. Coach O brought in a guy named Joe Brady to be the passing game coordinator. That’s what changed for LSU. That’s who made Joe Burrow into the Joe Burrow we saw. Is Archie going to bring in a guy to be the offensive coach? No. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  21. I force myself to watch. Because I have this teeny tiny bit of hope deep, deep, deep down that we magically become a good team. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  22. Shooters won’t fix an offensive system that isn’t good to begin with. We are for what we expecting a guy who has never coached a good offense, to suddenly coach a good offense. It’s not going to happen. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  23. I wish I could for the rest of the season. When is the first round of the Big Ten tourney? I imagine it’ll be over after that. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  24. Because it was. It was a post that literally stated the opposite of what happened tonight. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  25. You clearly aren’t watching the right team. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
