I don't care what anyone says. You do your lifting in the off-season. Once the season starts, you're staying shape. Not trying to bulk up.

Did you see our shooting last season? The season before? No reason to ever lift during the season. EVER.

Do the players lift during the season? If so, that's really stupid. During season it should be basketball in hand at all times almost, endurance, a lot of stretching. Most lifting to do would be maybe some bands.

Cliff can go. I don't care. There is a specialty to basketball training. Its not about trying to get ripped outta your mind trying to be Mr. Universe. I don't care about all the instagram workouts. Need real results. Guys getting faster and faster. Jumping higher and higher. Stamina building. You don't need to look like LeBron James.

Are we UCLA? Simple answer: NO. Another simple answer: Not even close.

They were still Top 25 teams outside of Auburn who is more on par with Northwestern and Indiana types. Iowa was a top team in the Big Ten. Virginia was a top team in the ACC. West Virginia and Kansas were top teams in the Big 12. All of that comparable to what they would have seen in the Big Ten and they averaging over 90 ppg on them.

I doubt they would have lost more than 1 or 2 games. They took it to teams like Iowa and West Virginia. They have 3 dudes that would be Top 5 players in the Big Ten. I know people want to act like the Big Ten is amazing, but it was super overrated this season. I wouldn't have been surprised if they still undefeated with a Big Ten schedule. Early in the season they beat Kansas 102-90, Auburn 90-67, West Virginia 87-82, Iowa 99-88 and Virginia 98-75.

Gonzaga is going to win it all. And it'll be okay. Records have to be broken at some point. Just part of it. The 76 team isn't going to be forgotten.

I don't believe Blue Blood status ever goes away. Indiana, UCLA, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, Duke... Those are your blue bloods. I think there is a tier just below that of Michigan State, Michigan, Syracuse, Louisville and some others. And I don't think that'll ever change. Has nothing to do with current success or anything and more of just the grandfather's of college basketball of. And I'd say Duke is really the only one that sneaker into the group of the other 5.

Goldwire maybe. Shot 33% from 3. Only averaged 6ppg. Hell of a defender though. One of the best in the ACC.

When will people realize that Gonzaga is legitimate? It took them awhile to finally get over the hump and into the Elite 8... But once they did... First 15 seasons(seed).. Sweet 16(10) Sweet 16(12) First Round(6) Second Round(9) Second Round(2) Second Round(3) Sweet 16(3) First Round(10) First Round(7) Sweet 16(4) Second Round(8) Second Round(11) Second Round(7) Second Round(1) Second Round(8) Then the last 6 tourneys... Elite 8(2) Sweet 16(11) Runner Up(1) Sweet 16(4) Elite Eight(1) Final Four(1) and maybe further.

I really that he has said he wants to play multiple styles. Understands that things constantly change. Wants to spread the floor but also have a big man that can demand the ball on the block. It doesn't have to be a track meet, but you gotta find a way to move the ball up the floor and beat the defense. Also happy to not hear any garbage about a packline defense or anything. Just straight man to man, maybe some zone and go grab rebounds.

He said on Dakichs show that he had put his name in the hat before. I wonder which coaching search that was for.

I'm not going to speculate on who he's going to get but am very interested to see how it ends up. Makes you wonder if he has enough pull to maybe grab another NBA assistant or player development guy. Woodson doesn't seem as hard headed and closed minded as Archie. So getting great kinds around him will be great. Woodson seems to really want info and game knowledge to flow.

Baylor couldn't have been screwed any harder. Refs should be fired.
