I sound like a broken record, but I hate our starting five lineup.

Time to cut the chord. I’m all streaming these days.

Lady Hoosiers closing out the season looking like they’ve figured a few things out that had them playing some unnecessary close games during that little lull. Getting better contributions from the whole lineup. Looks like we will be the 4 seed with a matchup with OSU in the quarters and then Maryland waiting in the semis. Think the Terps just have too much for us, but 24-8 heading into the dance is a pretty good season and likely gets us a 5-seed. Great season. Think next year we will have a real shot at winning the conference.

The B1G doing everything it can to make sure nobody from the conference gets an easy 1 or 2-seed path in the Dance. Sheesh. Gonna be some really good talent from the B1G playing quality opponents in the first weekend.

That massive win on the road against NET Goliath Purdue back in November looming large on the resume though. :)

Based on all these scores today, Nevada +5 seems like a good line.

Interesting. Wow. That’s generous. Agreed Texas Tech is in trouble. Two games remaining for them and they’re against Kansas and Baylor, so most likely they head into conference tourney at 18-13. Texas and Oklahoma play each other Tuesday, and feels like loser of that game might be on the outside looking in. West Virginia is the one to me that I don’t get. If the “Last 10 games” factor was still utilized for selection they shouldn’t be in. Lost 6 of their last 7 games. Have Baylor left to play, so will enter conference tourney losers of 7 of 9 in all likelihood. Just feels to me like only two of the four (TT, WV, Okla and TX) should get in out of that conference. Early season ranking bias seems to be benefiting WV and TT.

@Uspshoosier if Oklahoma keeps it up and beats WV today, how many bids do you see as realistically possible for the Big 12? Is it Texas OR Oklahoma, or could they potentially both get in? Seems aggressive to think that half of the that conference could go dancing (5 of 10 teams)

How is West Virginia ranked? Honestly, they’ve lost 5 of their last 6 games (about to be 6 of 7, as they’re getting smoked by 20 at home to Oklahoma), and have a really weak looking resume of wins, with Ohio State pretty much their only good win and that was back in early December right when the Buckeyes were hitting free fall mode. They would be my absolute ideal matchup to get as a 6 or 7 seed in our region of the bracket.

Syracuse down 13 at home to North Carolina. That would be a nail in the coffin for their tourney hopes. I just can’t see the ACC getting more than four bids this year unless ND beats FSU next week and probably wins a couple games in the conference tourney.

It’s kind of weird, but I’ve gotten to the point that the thing that gets me most excited in these highlight videos is seeing the made free throws.

Been running errands all day. Just got home. Upset Saturday today huh? Every higher ranked team that’s played today has lost except for Seton Hall. Goodness. March Madness is gonna be bonkers.

Anybody know if we have an outside chance of getting a 4-seed and getting to host in the Big Dance? Would it take a B1G tourney title?

11-16 Cal beating #21 Colorado by 12 at the half. This year is gonna supply all the Madness that March can handle.

Most everything to be said has been said, so one quick hitter and I’m out: the Brunk, TJD, Smith, Al, Phin lineup needs shelved for good. Not to start a game. Not to start a second half. Not together on the court together at any point. It’s a very poor group that gets bad matchups at both ends of the court. End it.

Played an awful first half. But didn’t quit. Always gonna be a tough road game, but our early shooting woes took a W out of the equation. We will get 2 of the next 3 games.

That’s a really smart kid just completely not understanding basic time and score. Six minutes to play and a chance to get it to single digits and you take a fading 18-footer with 15 seconds on the shot clock?

How though, does that bounce pass get through Justin and Rob. Gotta get a hand on the ball there.

Now get it to 4 with 4 to play. Just gotta win the four minute quarters.
