Don’t know that this is truly anything but here is a flight tracked for this morning. Isiah Thomas has reportedly been assisting Dolson with this hire and guess who lives just outside of White Plains, NY??? Again, this could be just a major coincidence but it’ll definitely make you wonder. Could we have March Bradness by noon today?!?!

From what I’ve been gathering in that the decision has been made and was reason donor ponied up to pay buyout, it HAS to be a home run. IMO, that means it’s one of these 3: Brad Stevens, Chris Beard, Scott Drew. If I had to choose one, I think the most likely/realistic is Chris Beard.

Still cannot get over TJD’s final drive at the end of regulation and the bump he took with no call. That’s a foul 10 times out of 10 on the other end. I seriously don’t know why I’m surprised though.

Love the optimism but it’s not happening. I’d love to be dead wrong but this team just doesn’t have it in them. This brand of basketball is not built to comeback from large deficits, especially not against smart teams. I can barely watch this crap anymore.

This is the nail in Archie’s coffin. Can’t win basketball this way in the B1G. If you can’t win at home against NW this year, then you’ll be lucky to win 5 games in the B1G. Think Bill Donavan would leave Chicago after 1 year???

Really wanted that kid once Archie offered. Man he would’ve been the savior here.

Committee all year: “IU is great but they haven’t beaten a team with a winning record.” IU proceeds to get a bowl game against an opponent with a losing record...can’t make this stuff up. IU opens the season against Iowa next year and I bet the players/staff have that game circled three times over right now. I guess once IU dominates them, Gary Barta will be forced to $h!t on his own program like he has on all of IU’s wins this year.

Everyone needs to go and listen to the Crimson Cast podcast, “The Theft” episode and it’ll really open your eyes to the corruption that is college football. It’s a complete farce. As IU football fans we’ve been completely shielded from it all until now.

Hearing there are still doubts this game gets played. Big reason why they scheduled Iowa against Michigan instead of IU. This could be bad for us. IF we don’t play and Iowa wins, they will assuredly jump us and squeeze us out of a NY6 Bowl.

Rough series for walk-on Michael Shipp...airballs a 3 then gets DDT’d on the ensuing possession by a North Alabama player. He may be asking coach to stay on the bench from here on out.

I’ll just never be understand after 4 years, we still don’t have a shooter. Our D is amazing but our offense just doesn’t work when you don’t have a shooter. We are a legit shooter away from being really good...I find myself saying this year after year it feels like.

You gotta imagine Florida will lose to Alabama and they’ll eventually drop behind us anyway. Same goes for either Oklahoma or Iowa State. Just need to make sure they don’t slot Iowa in front of us...even if NW somehow jumps us they will fall right back behind us after losing to OSU. I can’t imagjne UNC jumps all the way ahead of us with 3 losses and 2 of those losses to sub .500 teams. I feel like we should be in great position but I am ready to have my heart ripped out just like in the 4th quarter of IU teams of old. I don’t think we’re going to end up playing next week but if for somehow we decide to give it a go, I’m thinking it could do more potential damage than good. As much as I would love to watch our Hoosiers play next week, I think the program understands its position in regards to a NY6 bowl. Now if we get shafted and dropped to 14/15 in the latest CFP rankings, then LETS PLAY!

Assuming UNC holds the massive lead against Miami and knocks them off, do we see the CFP committee propel 3-loss UNC ahead of us???

Indiana may not be playing today but that doesn’t mean we can’t be rooting our a$$e$ off today. We should all be fans of the following teams today: UNC, LSU, Missouri, Troy, UCLA. Happy Saturday everyone!

Cliff Marshall is a big problem with this program in my opinion. Shooting is all about muscle memory and he’s training these guys like they’re football players and it’s impossible to develop and maintain a shot when you’re just trying to build muscle mass. He’s a well known NFL trainer and he should stay in that lane. Look at Kevin Durant and Steph Curry, you don’t need to be jacked to be able to shoot the ball. I honestly believe that has played some part in our atrocious shooting over four years.

These are the type of games that we need to be winning in Archie’s 4th year. No more excuses. He has failed to address the shooting situation in 4 years and now with a loaded B1G, I’ll just say good luck to him. Indiana basketball is no longer fun to watch and this just capped off a completely crummy day for IU athletics. So disappointed.

The committee is a JOKE! #4 strength of record and don’t even want to put us in a NY6 Bowl. Absolutely absurd.
