The way I took it was that if Romeo is still considering Vandy and KU at the point of the McD game then Tim would like for him to put his decision off until he has another chance to visit IU. If Romeo already knows he wants to go to IU by then or had his visit then he will announce it there. Seems very clear to me that Tim, at least him, wants Romeo to go to IU and I think that is as big a persuasive individual that there is in this recruitment. Yes I know it's hard to believe he'd be more of an influence than Garland but I believe that it is true. I'm not one for making predictions or getting my hopes up for a kid but I'd say from that aspect it has to be a positive for IU. MOST of the time parents have their children's best interest at heart and I have no reason to believe otherwise in this case as I suspect Romeo believes it to be true as well.

And some more murkiness. I am torn on what to believe happened but regardless it seems Schlabach went on minimal and questionable info from an equally questionable source. However this turns out it's going to be a bad day for someone. It has nothing to do with negativity. It's a matter of being skeptical v.s. being naive. Also I don't think I was being a Dick to you at all. In fact I would say it is more of a Dick move to quote numerous people to tell them in an absolute way that they are wrong because their opinion differs from yours example: Garland is coming to IU, Romeo is coming to IU, Romeo isn't taking money. I was suggesting that you didn't in fact "know" whether anything was being accepted and that it would have been better to say it in a manner of hope rather than fact. But you aren't the first nor the last to call me a Dick......probably not even today.

Also it is my opinion, and only that, that Romeo Langford's recruitment is and has been a very gray area recruitment. I am with WayneFleek that pretty much a majority of top 50 players are getting something. And also be willing to bet that 90% of 5 stars are getting something.

I don't think you "know" what Romeo/Langfords have or have not accepted. Just stick with you don't think or want to believe they would take money.
