    I've seen this so many damn times -- we work so hard to get back into the game and either force a tie or get a lead. Then we fall asleep.

    This is the Jekyll-Hyde nature of this team. A few minutes ago, Rob looks super smooth in knocking down a 3 from the top of the key. Just now, he doesn't even hit the rim on a wide-open 3 from the right wing.

    Women lose 84-80. Cut a huge lead down to 2 at one point, but I don't think we ever tied it. Damn -- don't want to get swept by the Twerps tonight.

    I'm not trying to pile on Archie -- there's enough of that. But what perplexes me more than anything about his tenure is this: We simply cannot shoot. We're getting pretty good looks tonight, but like every other GD night, we just aren't making baskets.

    Seems kinda weird that we turn down the lights and have the video show and music for starting lineups -- when there's nobody there.

    Have Ohio State and Minnesota at home. Michigan on the road. We used to have Michigan and OSU both at home or both on the road in any season, but this year we hosted the Harbaughs for the second year on a row. So apparently, we now owe them two straight at the Big House: we play there next season and in 2022.

    Yep. He was a star at the University of Washington, who later played for a half-dozen or so NBA teams. ... I'm wondering if you might be referring to Isiah Thomas? If so, yes -- any Hoosiers fan is well aware of him. He's one of the all-time greats at IU. But he's from Chicago. This thread was about great Hoosiers from the state of Indiana.

    Just threw a batch of chili in the crock pot. Should be ready by tipoff. I'm looking forward to a hoops doubleheader against the Turtles -- unfortunately, they'll overlap by an hour or so. Let's go, guys and gals -- sweep the Twerps.
