  1. Griffin Oakes will participate in Tampa Bay’s rookie mini-camp
  2. Richard Lagow was invited to participate in the Chiefs’ rookie mini-camp next week. Not the same as signing as an UDFA, but he has a shot here.
  3. Chris Fisher from Cats Pause gave MSU a crystal ball pick today.
  4. Although it's hidden under VIP, Ryan Noel made his pick 8 days ago. His title doesn't list Kansas 247 when he picks, but good to know.
  5. Jonathan Givony of ESPN updated his 2019 mock draft. #5 Magic - Romeo Langford No other IU players listed.
  6. From ESPN's Jeff Borzello: Romeo Langford (No. 5) It’s nearing the end of the road for Langford, who has had the same three schools on his list for months: Kansas, Indiana and Vanderbilt. For most of the winter, it seemed like Indiana and Vanderbilt were battling for the lead, but Kansas has made a strong push over the last few weeks. Early decisions by Malik Newman and Lagerald Vick to head to the NBA only help the Jayhawks’ cause, opening up minutes on the wing. Meanwhile, Indiana is looking to keep Langford home and has made him a priority since the day Archie Miller took over in Bloomington last spring. Vanderbilt is hoping Langford is the missing piece to an elite recruiting class that already includes five-stars Darius Garland and Simisola Shittu. Langford has shut it down and is ready for decision time, which will come on April 30. It’s still too close to feel entirely confident about a prediction, but at this moment, the Hoosiers are earning most of the buzz. It’s also worth noting Langford is having an announcement at his high school, open to the public -- meaning there will be 4000 Indiana fans in the building. Prediction: Indiana Confidence level: 55 percent Others in the mix: Kansas, Vanderbilt
  7. I guess you don't like him well enough to spell his name right, but I digress... It's my and other people's opinion of him. There's really nothing more to it than that.
  8. He said it earlier today on JMV
  9. The hack Rakestraw said on JMV: “ I’ve always said he’s going to Vandy, but I always followed that up with ‘I hope I’m wrong’” I can think of several 1070 appearances where that wasn’t the case. Anyways, carry on...
  10. Dakich: "no question in my mind that Romeo Langford is going to Indiana." He basically hit on everything that's been discussed here (open to public event, business decision, right timing to choose IU).
  11. Nojel Eastern testing the waters.
  12. I’m on my iPad or I’d snip it in, but updated pick from Meyer is listed https://247sports.com/Season/2018-Basketball/TargetPredictions
  13. Jerry Meyer with the cherry on top... changed his crystal ball pick to IU
  14. And... BOOM goes the dynamite.
  15. LOL'ed at the thread title.
  16. What about Matthew Hurt instead? Where is he at with all of this now? FBI bombshell drops on Kansas + IU's in-home visit on Friday. Great timing, no?
  17. According to 247, looks like it would move IU's class up to 7th (one spot ahead of Vandy).
  18. In the grand scheme of all things college basketball now, great pun here.
  19. I think it was widely regarded that Tom Crean needed to keep Jonas Hayes on staff to help with the transition and hit the ground running. Well, Hayes accepted assistant job at Xavier, leaving the south and his alma mater behind.
  20. Below article indicates no more visits for Romeo. Direct quote from him, too. https://www.flohoops.com/articles/6169126-flo40-no-6-romeo-langford-targeting-decision-in-next-few-weeks
  21. I think it was first brought up last summer that Ed Schilling had a really good IN with the Watfords from his time working with Christian. Let's see what ya got, Ed!
