All I know is we've been hearing so many great things about Cujo and how well he has been looking and how hard he has been working this off season. It's been pretty much mum on DG. So where is this assumption coming from? He is loving the fact that most everyone thinks its a two horse race. Unless you live down here you wouldn't understand. This area is the #1 market for NCAA Basketball in the entire country and it is not even close. If he throws it out there that a third team is in the mix, it is not because he is tired of people assuming its a UofL/IU race. During this time frame of evaluation it has been reported that Miller and staff reached out to several schools trying to find a landing spot for Gelon. Most were not interested. This includes all divisions of basketball. Of the few that did show interest, they passed on him after speaking with his mother. She apparently had harsh comments towards our program and how her son was treated by the incoming staff even after our staff did the best that they could do in finding a school that could offer him playing time. The word is that Gelon tried to pull the trigger on the transfer first as to make CAM feel pity and keep him on the team and it backfired. All this per Rabjohn. Don't see how it makes any difference at all to Romeo except that it shows CAM came in late and landed some top 100 guys. Phinisee will not be running the show next year and that's all that I expect Langford to be around. More important to Romeo is too see how the team looks this season and sell Romeo on what IU and CAM can do for him.

Texas talk been around for a month or so down here in SoInd. I put no stock in it. Still willing to bet between us and Hooker U.
