He will be starting before the end of the season. Archie wants to play inside out and Al seems to be the only guard that will feed the post. Everyone on the DG bandwagon, but he needs to cut back on TO's and bad shots. Seems at times that he is trying to do too much and gets ahead of himself. Also seems a little selfish. Still saying it won't be Vandy. I've been on this crusade about Lanford a long time. Still say he is ours to lose. If the family is truly looking to his future, then Kansas would be the only other way to go. Romeo has repping adidas far to long. If truly a OAD, there is more adidas money for him then Nike. Too many other big time OAD's expected to take a chunk of the Nike cash when drafted. Plus, closer for family, in state status, good young players with mix of experience that will be better than anything Vandy puts on the floor. Sticking with my gut! ROOAAAR! Hope we improve overall on 3pt shooting. Through 3 games we are only 19/60 from deep. That's alot of possessions when you are chucking up 20 per game. I really hope to see RJ more engaged during the games. We are still suffering from lack of leadership. Would like to see the bench used more for incentive. Totally disagree!! No one calls the shots for Romeo except the Langfords. If Garland chooses the school that is not on the top of Romeo's list, Romeo will not follow. If Garland pulls the trigger for Vandy this signing period and Romeo waits until this spring, I think a bad sign for IU. Why otherwise wait? If he was to announce this fall and it not be the state school, how uncomfortable would it be for him to play throughout the state his senior season. He is a fan favorite everywhere he goes. If we land both Romeo and Garland...I see a possible transfer of Cujo. I just don't see that jump coming from him this year and I think with what we got coming in he may not want to be on the losing end of playing time. I hope that I am wrong but...we'll see.
