Alot of kids and coaches after the Syracuse beatdown realized that CTC was not a good coach. There are probably 30 or more high school coaches (oh what the hell!) posters on here that are better at X's and O's than Crean. From ALL accounts, Archie alot better. What the hell was Crean thinking when not reaching out to Trendon? It was obvious this young man was going to be a great player. His rankings held throughout the years while growing up. I can remember reading several articles about him over the last 4 yrs. Trendon became a great fan of Indiana BB while his brother played here. I'm just so happy Archie jumped right on the opportunity early after his hire to go after this kid. I enjoyed the part in the interview when Trendon spoke about how his brother couldn't walk around anywhere without being stopped for pics. That kind of fandom goes a long ways in showing how these guys are revered and remembered for being part of this program. I doubt that happens in Tuscaloosa. Saw Romeo at the Circle K bout an hour ago. Must have been heading home from game. Was right around the corner from the neighborhood. Maybe his mom in the front seat and someone in the back.
