    Sisley and Hrno. Cupps might be kept around for positive culture. on Tucker: sequence of events — when he got pulled after 5 minutes against UCLA, he was laughing as he went to the bench. I would assume that an assistant said something to him about his attitude (rightly so) and Tucker didn’t handle it well.

    @Uspshoosier If IU were to win two of their last three games, which would be the best combination of wins and losses? My thought would be to beat Washington and Ohio State and lose to Oregon as it would keep the no losses out of Q1 narrative. Then again, a win over Oregon adds a Q1.

    I wasn't arguing for Brownell, just was saying that saying that Clemson had only one good year wasn't true. I think as IU fans we would be okay with an elite eight appearance followed by a 23-5 start the next year. And again, I don't want Brownell. Just saying the last two years have been good.

    I certainly don't want Brownell, but to be fair they did go to the elite eight last year and knocked off both a 2 and 3 seed.

    That's the game where my entire school was in the stands. And for what it's worth, my Oolitic team beat Hickory that day.

    I was in high school during the filming of Hoosiers. The first game in the movie was comprised of students and teachers from my high school (I was on the visitor's side -- the Oolitic Owls). Hackman was incredibly cool with us, took time to talk with people in the stands and hammed it up.

    I agree with him. At the minimum, it makes no sense why they aren’t at 16 teams instead of 15. Would take the same # of days.

    The board I posted on then (Our Hoosier Board) was a mixed bag in terms of him. The two guys I can remember getting more heat were Devan Dumes and the point guard we got from Pitt (not X)….age is making me forget his name.

    That’s good for IU, just hate that losses can result in a team’s NET getting better. The line was 5.5, IU won by 5 without Reneau.
