I hate when a talking head says that a team will 'have a good chance to win' if they just do BLANK. Like: "If team X is hitting their shots, they'll be tough to beat" or "If team Y can contain player Z, that will go a long way". LIterally any thing they say is going to give a team a better chance to win the game.......so why say that drivel? Clark Kellogg just said "If Purdue controls their turnovers, they have a good chance to beat Texas". No ****, but that's not a prediction. A prediction would be "I believe Purdue is going to take care of the ball against Texas and advance".

I was really hopeful about Harris when he signed, but in the Puerto Rico games he only played a few minutes in a couple of the games and was a healthy Coach's Decision -- Did Not Play in the other. Spent the rest of the year out with an injury after that. Injury wasn't ever specified but he was seen in a boot early on at least. Drake I didn't ever hold out hope for. I'm not sure even if he was healthy that he would have been getting any kind of significant minutes.

This is what Chris Collins said about Windham on January 12th: “We’re trying to help [Windham] fight through it and kind of find his way again,” said Collins. “We’re going to stick with him, we’re going to keep working with him, hopefully get his confidence back. He’s lost some confidence.” ---------- He then proceeded to only play in two games in the last two months of the season.

What is worse is a coach who left the court and not even stayed for the pictures....like Woodson.

The number of players in the portal has increased every year since NIL. I don't see any reason that is going to change.

In terms of how many players have entered the portal versus how many will but haven't declared yet -- last year there wear 34 players rated by 247 as a 94 or better; this year, so far there are 6 rated 94 or better. Stands to reason that 80 to 85% of the players that are going to enter have not entered yet.

I'm a little surprised that we haven't heard of any IU players hitting the portal yet.
