    All 3 played and had catches against Purdue as well. After Beckers emergence. And all 3 had catches against UCLA in the early stages If you remove the non conference schedule average stays right around the same at 51.5 We have scored 56 points 3 out of 4 games in that situation.

    These folks talking about Penn State and Ohio State as proof we can be stopped. We are averaging just shy of 52 points in games where our Big 3 all got a catch. Illinois and Maryland were blowouts that got excluded from this formula as well. Only Old Dominion kept us under 38 points. And I think that had more to do with it being week 1

    I could see it. Prices didn’t sky rocket after Miami won. They sky rocketed after we won. Miami fans didn’t need to get off work, rent cars and get hotels. There was nothing stopping them from ordering tickets Friday morning. Yet demand went crazy after IU won.

    I think the story gets framed around Mendoza tbh. You would want to focus on a single season and Mendozas arc over the course of this season is fairytale

    Yep. Although I saw somebody else that UK signed and my gut was high risk high reward. Guess coaches might try a bunch of those because if they hit a bunch they could have a miracle season and try and replicate cig a bit.

    Yep. And I don’t think it will be possible again. I think it was uniquely possible here at the beginning of NIL. This is a money ball moment. The 2002 As were special but it could never be replicated because people were doing what they were doing When will people learn to stop trying to out social media that man.
