Just the sheer speed of the announcement. Obviously a real search didn’t take place. Tino worked with Cig for years. He brought him to Indiana giving him a promotion for a reason Rourke feels closer in style to Hoover than Mendoza as well. Which could be good for Tino. But honestly my guess is Tino is our next OC if we get poached. But I’m betting the coaching staff views this as the band coming back together

Then play a guy who is gonna be with the team next year and at least build for the future. I’d rather a young player run around lost out there and get some experience than have a senior doing it

When he’s on he’s a great glue guy. But when he’s off he needs to be polishing the bench. I’ve complained about wasted possessions and he was definitely the biggest culprit
