  1. Or better yet, throw him on your ignore list. Blissful I tell ya
  2. Yeah ok, you don't get it. Not gonna waste anymore time with you. Easier to throw you on ignored list.
  3. I also have never said that I would rather see them lose so I can only imagine where you're pulling that from
  4. There you go hand waving over the details. Again, FOR THE ONES IN BACK! They didn't just shoot poorly within reason, they shot horrendously bad from 3. They went near 55% from the line. Had IU lost, MR wouldn't have been on my mind because again, this roster has the talent to make up for it. In fact it probably performed better BECAUSE he wasn't available.
  5. Are you really just missing the point of concern here or do you just think you're smarter than everybody else? I don't understand how you don't get the hesitation to feel good about the wins against RU and PSU. You beat RU missing their best player by 10 and only 1 player reaching double digits. You then beat a PSU by 6 who shoots horrendously from 3 and uncharacteristically bad from the FT line. I don't get what leg you think you have to stand on in this thread on this point. More than a few individuals are sharing this concern and you just want to combat it and hand wave it like we're idiots. Did they win? Sure. However, it's difficult to argue that these wins haven't come due to some very good fortune in their favor, as previously stated. That, in turn, is cause for concern for many going forward, like it or not
  6. The big obvious difference being that our roster without MR is still way more talented than Rutgers, but continue
  7. Enough people who have some kind of finger on the pulse have said he's gone after the season, barring a miraculous tourney run.
  8. Really curious if we can ban users from certain threads? Now that's a million dollar question
  9. So your existence on this platform is basically just to be combative? That would explain your choice of thread topics to frequent when you do finally show up and grace everybody with your holiest of opinions. Today's board reaction is par for the course because most people on here can differentiate between a good team winning and an average team just getting by thanks to some good fortune.
  10. Yeah ok bud lol keep telling yourself that. I don't know that I saw anyone pick PSU in a blowout though. They've beaten a Rutgers team that was missing it's top player and a PSU that most likely won't shoot that lousy from 3 and FT for the rest of the season I don't do moral victories. This team has yet to play a team worth moving the needle for most.
  11. USC , PSU, & WASH are the only ones that I feel semi confident as wins based on the team we've seen up to this point
  12. That wasn't really the question. You'd get an award for deflecting though
  13. I agree, neither the Rutgers game or this game moved my needle. Rutgers was missing Harper and PSU probably hasn't shot that poorly from 3 and the FT line all season and probably won't again. We've been fortunate these first couple games
  14. It's not just that IU shot better. This is disingenuous. PSU shot HORRIBLY today
  15. The only thing keeping me cautious here is PSU being so abysmal from 3 today, 3-21. Can't imagine they're go8ng to be that fortunate too many times, we'll see
  16. For as much crap as Robbie gets for some reason from this fanbase, he's parroting the exact same ideas of IU being better off playing one big, as are stated on this forum
  17. I would feel bad for Penn St fans but they've got another 10 missed 3s to go before they feel our pain
  18. This is the only fanbase that can convince someone that a career 2pt 1 reb and 1ast player could be the savior of this team lol love the enthusiasm, don't believe the sales pitch
  19. I don't understand how we can be this consistently poor at open looks. I dare say I've never seen anything quite like it
