Ok, not questioning the jackal, per se, but dang... every day we get these new guys who "know somebody who knows somebody" and they come here with the true facts... of course, the info is shrouded in unverifiable secrecy... so we really don't know anything after reading their "input". Color me "skeptical"... and leaning hard towards coming back when IU has hired a coach... 1600 pages of "he said/he said/I'm guessing/I want to insert myself into the conversation". But then again, it's an entertaining way to get to 3 pm on March 2...

Could we call Cronin "universally liked"? What constitutes "universal"? I've seen plenty of dissenters around these parts, and I am one, as well... not a fan of his personality, coupled with a somewhat pedestrian record at Cincinnati and UCLA...
