I get it... and as I said, I was picking at nits... bottom line is that Woodson was a special kind of horrible in so many ways... losing his assemblage of mercenaries who were primarily chasing bags of gold is ultimately not a bad thing. I am willing to give DeVries a year to settle in and get his bearings, but I really think that he can/will put a competitive team together for year one. And while there is little patience for new hires given our history of really bad hires, as a fan base, we need to show a bit of grace.. Hopefully we will all be surprised in a positive way.

I agree with this... I have not seen where DeVries is interested... but it's his choice to get the kids that the wants.

Not to pick nits, but Woodson's last stand was 19-13 to follow up a 19-14 season. He never got to 20 wins without TJD carrying the load.
