Buzz has this down to a science. Weird dude but a good coach. He has an obsession with getting fired so he basically gets out before that happens. Every move he gets to reset expectations and has a grace period with the new fans although with NIL now the ability to flip and raise expectations in year 1 might mess with his timeframes now.
