First, in general, I have never been impressed with West Coast Basketball. They usually fade and/or choke in the tourney. The power is in the Midwest and the East. Plus UNC has more pure athletic talent and that length is staggering. So--UNC should win tonight--but I hope they do not! I hope the bad karma from years of academic fraud catches up to them and they finish runner-up for the second year in a row. That is at least some form of justice because we all know the NCAA is unlikely to do much to them. And--No one really remembers the runner--up ----only the champion. Please let that be Gonzaga this year!

I hope RoJo and JBJ come back and JBJ buys into defense--plus as many of us have begged for all year I would love to see us have some set plays such as with screens to free him up for some open shots in key game situations. Still disagree with you overall. He has perennially under performed and is only averaging 6 points a game on 40 percent shooting--25 percent from 3 point. He does have a decent assist to turnover ratio (over 2) and gets 4 boards a game --but I would gladly have taken a healthy Hartman who was rated a lot less highly any day over Pinson as a glue guy. Final 4 has tipped--let's go South Carolina-- beat the Zags! But regardless --I hope whoever wins this game goes on to win it all! I have always respected Few for doing his own thing out west and finally gets to the final 4--and Martin and South Carolina are definitely the Cinderella story. Ok with either of these teams beating Ole Roy and the academic fraudsters and Oregon with their suspicious recruiting and Baylor-esque uniforms. Great game so far.
