  1. Next Saturday's and today's schedule of games and TV coverage.
  2. Just remember, the house gets 10%.
  3. @Feathery and @Treesh you've both expressed your opinons which is the function of a message board and you each disagree with the other which is perfectly acceptable and neither is going to convince the other's thinking is wrong so could be call it a draw?
  4. UNLV expected to promote Kevin Kruger to head coach. He's been an assistant at UNLV the past 2 seasons and is the son of Lon Kruger.
  5. A whopping 107 followers. Don't bet your ranch.
  6. Patience little one. Only 4 more and welcome to btb.
  7. If Matta is indeed the next coach, I want to see him drop to the floor at the introductory press conference and prove he's healthy.
  8. These "sources" just feed off each other and they'll piggyback info just so it doesn't look like they got left in the dust and people stop clicking on their postings.
  9. Moser kinda sorta somewhat reminds me of Shaka Smart. Smart became the hottest "thing" his last couple of years at VCU. Hired by Texas but until this season really hasn't done anything spectacular. He had a .744 winning % at VCU in 6 seasons and is .559 in 6 seasons at Texas.
  10. This has nothing to do with his qualifications (or lack thereof) to be our head coach but what always impressed me about Lewis is that he listened to Knight and gave up being a scorer to become a true PG and until Yogi came along was our all time assist leader. Members in the Jasper area -- wasn't Lewis one of the state's leading scorers in high school? At least that's what I recall.

  12. Very encouraging tweet from Duncomb earlier this afternoon.
  13. Jon Blau - I know what you're all wondering: When does Scott Dolson pick up the phone and call Sister Jean?
  14. But other than that, how do you feel about him? lol
  15. Stefan Krajisnik - Indpls. Star with a nice story on Nicole Cardano-Hillary https://www.indystar.com/story/sports/college/indiana/2021/03/21/indiana-womens-basketball-nicole-cardano-hillary-key-ius-success-ncaa-tournament/4718459001/
  16. And he could bring Damezi Anderson back to Bloomington with him. lol
  17. Let the games begin! 4-seeded Indiana will play in its seventh NCAA Tournament when it faces off against 13-seed VCU on Monday, March 22 at the UTSA Convocation Center. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. ET on ESPNU. NO. 4 seed INDIANA (18-5) VS. NO. 13 seed VCU (16-12) Monday, March 22, 2021 • 2 p.m. ET • NCAA Tournament First Round UTSA Convocation Center • San Antonio, Texas Broadcast: ESPNU (Sam Ravech, Brenda VanLengen) Radio Live Stats: NCAA.com ABOUT THE RAMS VCU, the automatic qualifier from the Atlantic 10, enters the tournament having won seven of its last eight dating back to Feb. 18. They are making their second NCAA Tournament appearance all-time, also making the dance in 2009 when it faced Rutgers. They are led by senior guard Taya Robinson's 14.7 points and 6.0 rebounds per game and senior guard Tera Reed who averages 11.5 points per game. As a team, the Rams are averaging 65.1 points per game. NOTES The Hoosiers will make their seventh all-time NCAA Tournament appearance on Monday and back-to-back tourney bids for the first time since 2003 and 2004. All-time, IU is 3-6 in the Big Dance and secured its highest ever seed at No. 4 this season. Indiana is 2-0 all-time against the Rams coming in to Monday's first round post-season action. The two teams met in a home-and-away series in 2003-04. This will be the first meeting between them in the postseason. Sophomore forward Mackenzie Holmes became the program's first Associated Press All-American honorable mention on March 17. The Gorham, Maine native is averaging a team-high 18.2 points, 7.7 rebounds, 2.9 blocks and shoots 60.3 percent from the floor and earned All-Big Ten First Team honors as well. Also highlighting the Hoosiers this season are all All-Big Ten selections Grace Berger (15.3 ppg.), senior guard Ali Patberg (13.9 ppg.) and junior forward Aleksa Gulbe (9.5 ppg.). IU is coming off another historic regular season where it finished a program-high second in the Big Ten and won 16 league games which also set a school record. UP NEXT The winner of Monday's matchup faces the winner of No. 5 Gonzaga and No. 12 Belmont in the second round with a time and date TBD.

  19. Mostly a given that it's Brian Dutcher's to have.
  20. Can you imagine if btb was the judging panel on American Idol or any of those other types of contestant shows. There would never be a winner.
  21. And that's the biggest issue for me should we go with Woodson -- who will be on his staff. IMO Juwan Howard nailed it by adding Phil Martelli with his connections to the college world of rules/recruiting/kissing AAU butts, etc. Again, IMO Woodson would need the same quality of hire on his staff and we can't just assume Roberts and Hunter stick around or that Woody would even want them to stick around.
  22. Meister's season ended in a 73-35 loss to #1 Farmington. Meister with 23 of John Marshall's 35 total points.
  23. Posted today by Coach Keady with the caption: What do you do on a beautiful day in Indiana? Take a drive to Bloomington to see my dear friend, Bob (Knight). We had a great afternoon reminiscing and laughing!
