I don’t think we want Darian. He did solid at Drake, but couldn’t even make the dance at WVU. ;) Firing Woodson for Darian or Brownell is underwhelming.

Zach reporting a left field candidate is possible, but the search has been very tight lipped. He says it reminds him of the 2006 search. There were several names being thrown around at the time and then Kelvin Sampson came out of no where to obtain the job.

WVU Practice Facility and arena are actually very nice. However, the location isnt ideal. Pittsburgh is about an hour in a half away though so you have that.

Everything coaches do at the level is calculated. Media don't get their info or scoops from AD's or assistant coaches, it's straight from the agents. Brownell and Ben's agents are working OT right now trying to get their clients name out.

Exactly this. Our closes source to Scott Dolson is Zach Ostermann. He came out and said no one know anything and that this is the closes tight lipped coaching search that he's conducted at Indiana. Pete Thamel and other media can report all the names they want, they are getting their names from their agents in order to get contract extensions + new jobs.
