    I think it was Armond Hill! On a serious note, it's the SID's responsibility to update the website and post press releases. I haven't seen anything like this where there's simply no press releases. I don't see the reasoning behind it, there should be nothing holding it up other than someone saying don't release it.

    Why has it been so radio silent on the hirings? Very odd. Never seen it before in college athletics.

    Well color me shocked, I thought he was going to retire as that's why he's no longer the head coach of Indiana. Oh wait, it wasn't his decision. He needs to hang it up, he has plenty of money. Go golf and drink wine Woody.

    Good morning, Expectations are simple this upcoming year, make the NCAA tournament. If Kevin Young can do it at BYU, CDD can do it at Indiana his first year, with even a higher NIL budget in comparison.

    I think with Kory departing to Oral Roberts, that eliminated the possibility. It's been expressed that Dolson wants a clean slate too from the old staff.

    He's had an interesting career. Investigated by the FBI, went to the mid-majors for a few years, including a stop at Rhode Island with Archie Miller. Now he's back at Indiana with CDD.

    Isn't he the fella that got the big time recruits and eventually got in trouble?

    Something pretty interesting about their transfer portal targets, they didn’t look for sexy stats such as 18 PPG. They looked at defensive rebound %, steal percentage. The rest is pure coaching. I hope CDD can coach at this level.

    Interesting analytics for Reed. Didn’t shoot many 3’s, but knocked them down when he did. Curious to see how the rest of the roster fills out.

    Florida with another national championship appearance. Meanwhile, Indiana has wasted the last 8 years on Miller and Woodson.

    Be patient folks. The staff is dealing with agents, kids asking for 900-2 million while averaging less than 10PPG, moving to a new state, etc. It’s different times in college basketball, this period is weirder as it’s CDD’s first off-season at Indiana. Not trying to make excuses for him, he still needs to make the dance his first year, but let’s all give the staff some time.

    I'm sure he has his new staff working the phones currently. New staff members being announced comes down to quotes, backgrounds being written by the SID, etc., I'd hope they are a bit too busy to gather a quote for a press release.

    Most assistant coaches don't have buy-outs. CDD is still finding people or he has his staff and it just hasn't been announced. I don't think anything too abnormal is occuring.

    I don't think a GM is life or death of a program. It's another person to manage from Darian's eyes as the CEO. Frankly, Darian and whoever is on the staff currently can hold down the fort in the meantime.

    June 30th is the last day teams can pay out player using money from collectives. So the money will be frontloaded likely before the new "rules" kick in. In terms of the April 7th date, that is when the settlement could be finalized from the courts. Nothing should change though.
