    Indeed. I’m going to trust Darian on his moves this off-season. I’m holding him to a high standard of making the dance next year, it doesn’t take five stars to make the dance, that’s for sure in today’s age.

    What we're look at is the mid/low majors turning into a development league for the P4's. Kids who average 14PPG and more on the mid-major level will enter the portal every year, looking for the top dollar. However, I think this could help mid-majors in a way as P4's recruit less HS kids.

    The only likely item changing anytime soon will be when the portal opens up for MBB and WBB. We could see a shift after the national championship.

    There is pressure for sure on him to land players in the portal to make the dance. When you look at Kentucky, BYU, Louisville. First year at a new school, made the dance. Darian has to make the dance next year or the seat will be warm.

    I wouldn't worry about staff announcements. He has an idea of his main coaching staff - 3--4 coaches. The rest can come at a later time.
