    I think this helps the case of firing him if anything. A good coach should take this team to the Sweet 16. If he doesn’t make the Sweet 16 this season, fire him. The NIL support has made it possible to buy this roster. Now just hire a great coach.

    I'm in the boat of leaving scholarships open. You're not going to play all your kids, having that scholarship open allows more flexibility each portal season.

    The talent is there for a Sweet 16 showing IMO. Experienced players and talent, no excuse not to get a Sweet 16.

    Maybe he plays 10 during the non-conference Make-A-Wish teams but he's a stubborn coach. He wants an eight man rotation. 9 would be a stretch IMO from Woodson.

    Ballo Malik Trey Rice Mackenzie Kaanan Tucker That's seven. One more rotational players while Newton, Cupps, Leal, are DNPCD's perhaps. I could see Cupps cracking the top eight.

    Nope not upset, just stating some programs are not going to pay what players are demanding. Liam wants more money by the looks of it. Programs are spending all their money and scholarships at the moment, kids need to lower the asking price.

    Woodson will likely only play eight kids. I think Indiana is at 6 right now. Two more players to make the rotation.

    Kansas didn't. Kansas isn't paying Liam the money he wants by the looks of it either!

    Does Woodson get fired if he fails to make the second weekend with Ballo/Malik/Trey/Rice/Tucker/ETC? I think so.

    Woodson and company did tremendous this off-season. Now, can they put it together and finally make it to the second weekend? We'll see come March. Congrats to the staff! This will ease the hot seat for the summer.

    Every coach recruits for the future and plans to be at their school until they are fired or retired. I wouldn't think too much about the roster make-up in terms of years remaining.

    That's okay, Rice can come off the bench. Indiana needs as much talent as possible because we all saw what it looked like last season.

    Figured so. Thought maybe Indiana could jump in with the Ballo potentially on the way. Is Liam calling Woodson and is Woodson still forgetting his name?
