Weird seeing a game on at 3 pm, it's the London game between NY (Vonleh) and the Wizards (Bryant).

(2016) PG Jaylen Fisher to TCU

I'd noticed he wasn't playing so I assumed he was injured....again. Hate it for the kid, he had such a good start to his career. Hope it's not another Maurice Creek situation. -

Oh he's far from a complete product and to be honest in a normal situation he would still be a ways from seeing the floor. But this team....I mean no need to sugarcoat it at this point. The depth is almost non-existent. Davis just can't play physically, I feel bad for him but he can't move at all. McRoberts has been fighting injuries too and when you combine that with how afraid he is to even touch the ball on offense, it's hard to argue he should be on the floor over a shooter like Anderson. Then you have Fitzner, and I'm going to be nice about it, but even with Moore's faults he brings a lot more to the table than Fitzner. We're going to have guys playing that in all reality should still be developing in practice. That's just where we're at with the injuries/poor play. Yes Moore can get lost on D, but he can also block shots. You can't give him the ball and expect you to create, but he has good size/length that can give you second chance opportunities. He's a bit hesitant at times but he plays with energy. -

He's not as bad as Fitzner and that's all that needs to be said. Fitzner brings nothing to the table. Moore isn't a strong defender but he is a capable shot blocker and can affect shots with his length. He can also rebound. And doesn't kill you on offense. It's not even close. I don't care about practice anymore, at some point Archie just has to accept that Fitzner is doing nothing good for us and Moore is. I imagine Forrester is in the same boat as Moore. -

Watched the presser and Archie just doesn't sound like he likes Moore. Seems like it pains him to give him credit and he wishes he didn't have to play him. I don't get it. He gives you a lot more than Fitzner or even Davis at this point. He was probably our third most impactful player tonight outside of Juwan and Romeo (and probably Rob). -

You can't have McRoberts and Fitzner out there together. You can't. -

I second this, Al needs a lot more shots and I'd prefer him to have the ball in his hands over Devonte in the halfcourt. -

That was on him, and while he's often a bit clueless he at least has the mobility and length to sometimes make up for it. Fitzner is clueless and doesn't have mobility, length, athleticism, or anything. -

Fitzner because he has other options that are outplaying him -

I want to slap Archie so hard! Why? Why on earth would you put Fitzner back in. -

Big game, gotta protect the Hall. This won't be easy, need our stars to stay on the court and run the offense through them. -
Momentum has shifted to Wiscy, I think Purdue blew their chance at a big road win....so the same as us basically.

I don't know who I was more mad at tonight, Fitzner or Archie for leaving him in so dang long.

Oh wow Trice with another big shot to tie it up, Edwards chucks up a terrible air ball leaving 3 secs left on the clock.

I think Pagano will be a great DC for them. He's just not HC material. -
Banks have been open all night, Trice gets one to go, one point game

What a dagger by Edwards. Any chance to beat them means taking the ball out of his hands. Granted i could see Trevion Williams dominating us.

Transferred to some smaller school and had a similar lack of success. I'll do you one better though, the long forgotten 3rd member of the Vic/Sheehey class.....Guy-Marc Michel. Was ruled ineligible. Apparently he's been playing professional ball overseas. Same goes with Robert Rothbart in the 2004 class.
