  1. I'd be fine with running the option with him a few plays each game to keep opposing defenses on their toes, but as far the starting QB goes it needs to be Lagow or we're in for a long season.
  2. Yeah saw that stat line when I got off work. Gotta say I'm pleasantly surprised he's done as well as he has. Hope he gets a shot somewhere.
  3. How many blocks did he have here? I don't remember many.
  4. That steal and dunk were vintage Troy. They spent the next 2-3 minutes talking about him. Happy to see he's at least getting some run and looking decent.
  5. Watched the Suns game last night, I'll be honest I was pleasantly surprised at how good Troy looked. He's better when he isn't a featured part of an offense.
  6. Whoever the starting QB is has no excuses. We have an offense that has no weaknesses or question marks so if the QB can't succeed it's all on him. He should have plenty of time behind that o-line, a running game to force teams to stack the box, and a receiving group full of talent to throw to. No excuses. This is the best opportunity Lagow is going to get, I hope he takes advantage.
  7. I know this is a "thank you captain obvious" moment, but my main concern is QB. If Lagow steps up and gives us a solid starting QB we can count on we're in a bowl game. If he doesn't prove to be ready, it will be close. Our running game can carry us some, but you at least have to be decent in the air. I think this is the season the defense becomes competent (not a glaring weakness).
  8. Did you say fantasy? I'm in!
  9. In old news Steph Curry is amazing. My gosh I've missed watching this guy. I would compare him to a video game but I'm not sure that even does him justice.
  10. I would imagine at least one of them would be redshirted. I mean we have Redding, Patrick, A-Rod, Majette, Wilson, and Brookins all returning.
  11. We have a pretty easy case to make for o-linemen
  12. I know this sounds petty but I don't like the way he said that. I don't just want to be the backup option. I want someone who genuinely wants to be here wearing the cream and crimson proudly. I know it probably happens a lot but saying it seems cheesy.
  13. Now it's Feeny's line to lead. Next man up, and good luck Jason!!
  14. Bears are a great landing spot for Howard. They lost Forte and although Langford looked good last year I'm not sure they're sold on him being a feature back. If Howard can keep running people over and staying healthy he could really impress.
  15. I wouldn't say unluckily rolling out, he just has no touch
  16. This would be a fine idea, although not sure how it would affect the numbers for next year.
  17. I feel like he would be DHB, an extreme athlete and quick, but no hands
  18. Looks like they forgot how to play defense
  19. Someone was telling me there was more that happened than what went public and that IU was covering something up. He didn't specify though so I couldn't take his word for it.
  20. How long ago did he play? I don't remember the name.
  21. Lol I'm sorry but of all the bad decisions this kid ever made, this probably takes the cake.
  22. Great read, I don't know how I keep forgetting about Al but he seems to be a very good find. His friend sounds pretty intriguing as well.
  23. Not sure how he's not a lock for the first round, hopefully someone has confidence in him
  24. How is that? Niego couldn't shoot and that's almost the only thing Gelon seems to be able to do well.
