    With Knight being a soph and Cronk just a true freshman that's awesome to hear. Sounds like they could be our tackles for the next several years. And with the way we develop linemen (thanks coach Frey), I can't imagine how good they'll be by then.

    Oh ok thanks yeah I must have missed that. I figured he'd be a starter as I remember he finished last season strong and played well. He'll be a nice reinforcement come B1G play.

    Yeah I know but usually it seems you want your best tackle protecting that blindside, and it's odd to me that they put a soph with limited experience there instead of the senior who's started the past couple years. They must really like and trust Knight.

    I assume since he's been injured that's why he's not on the depth chart yet.

    What happened to Robert McCray Jr? Did he get hurt?

    Several things of interest. Where is Marqui Hawkins? Is he still on the team? UAB transfer and I haven't heard anything from him. And why isn't the senior Camiel getting a chance at LT? Instead they're starting the soph Knight who has limited playing experience. They must really like Knight I guess. Also surprised to see Bailey not listed as a starter, I assumed he was a lock.

    Very rarely do you see guards taken in the top 5 (or even top 20) unless they are absolutely elite which I wouldn't say Dan is. Having said that I would love to see my Colts pick him up next year in the 2nd or 3rd round.

    Alford has no problem getting talent in there, he just can't seem to get them anywhere

    Darius is apparently doing very well in preseason, Raiders fans seem convinced he's a lock to make the team, with possibly an even bigger role.

    So just thinking here. With J-Shun unfortunately out, does this mean they maybe just keep Patrick as a WR instead of trying to force him into the running back rotation? I mean if he's the "most talented player on the team" as CKW said he will be out there regardless but I'm just very curious as to what type of role he will play.

    Shane is with the Jags and had a catch for 27 yards tonight. Looks like he didn't get any work in the return game, which is a shame because that's his only real chance at making a roster.
