  1. This team needs shooters so bad.. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  2. There are literally ZERO scoring options on this team other than Romeo and Juwan. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  3. How is this offense so bad?? They have two of the best players in the B1G! Unbelievable. So damn frustrating. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  4. Really need De’ron in this one to battle with Bruno Fernando. I have a bad feeling about this game. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  5. I'll be at the MD game. NEED a win here on the road. Plus there are bragging rights on the line for me.
  6. He doesn't seem to understand how athletic he is and disappears for big parts of games. Almost seems hesitant, and that hesitation leads to bad shots and unforced turnovers.
  7. Ugly weekend for Ravens and Bears fans especially... Congrats to the Colts, who were impressive on both sides of the ball. Especially in the first half.
  8. I guess this is where the Lamar Jackson train stops.. Figured it was only a matter of time before someone figured out how to stop this offense. I just hoped it would be next season. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  9. Agree about the Chargers.. They have so much potential, and weapons all over the field on both sides. With the Raiders, the draft is definitely key. I have faith in Mayock, who I’m hoping for the Raider’s sake is the key decision maker and not Grigson. From what I read, they brought him in for more of the day to day operations. 10. I have the Raiders contending in the AFC in about 3 years. They will most likely end up with $90MM - $100MM in cap space in 2019, 4 of the first 35 picks in the 2019 draft, they'll have a new city and a new state-of-the-art stadium to start the 2020 season. I'm optimistic about the future for this franchise.
  11. I think I saw this is the first pair of rookies from the same team to make 1st team all-pro since 1965. The Chris Ballard hire is really starting to pay dividends. He's got $120MM+ to spend in free agency as it stands in the offseason too.
  12. All this being said... IU NEEEEEEEDS Rob @ Michigan. Green is good in a complementary role, but he's not the same type of under control, fundamental type of PG Rob is. Not to mention, Rob has a 2:1 asst/to ratio while Green is around 1.4:1, averaging a TO more per game. I think that will be huge in a game against one of the best defensive teams in the country.
  13. I would have loved to see it.
  14. Who woulda thought? Lol. Those are my first NFL memories. The 91-92 season. Gary Clark and Art Monk. Talk about dominant. That team was awesome. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  15. I realized about 3 “Baltimore Hoosiers” posts into this thread that I probably should have kept my comments about the Colts to myself because of how it comes across. And obviously if I don’t have the stats right, that hurts my credibility. So I can’t argue those points. But I definitely have no hate for the Colts. My family are all Skins fans. So was I until the Ravens came to town. So the hate was never there for me. And my feelings about how the Colts will do in the playoffs are just based on what I’ve watched and stats I’ve seen.. I do think they are gonna beat down the Texans. After that, honestly, who freakin knows. Good stuff. Go Hoosiers. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  16. What am I twisting, man? Seriously. I'm responding directly to your points. That's your opinion and I'm cool with that.. Just don't see any facts or stats behind it. So I'd say you're guilty of exactly what you accused me of. I will also go ahead and completely disagree with you based on the fact that the Ravens went to LA 2 weeks ago and made MVP candidate, Philip Rivers, look like Blake Bortles for 4 quarters. And now the game is at home in a crazy atmosphere and the Ravens (along with the Colts) are one of the hottest teams in the NFL. They have the #2 run offense and #1 total defense in the league. I like that formula against the Chargers every day of the week.
  17. LOL this post was a DIRECT response to your comments towards me. Yes, you knew where the Patriots stood in terms of total team defense better than I did. I guess that means you know the game better than me? I mean what kind of logic is that? I have zero disdain for the Colts. I am giving my opinion, which you don't like and you're taking it that way and that's on you. Facts: Colts = mediocre pass defense Haven't beaten a good offense all season Haven't shown me anything that makes me think they can go into KC and beat them
  18. What are you talking about? You said that the Ravens were never consistently there... I gave you direct facts that show how wrong you are. Including the timeframe between 2000 and 2012. Isn't that the "Manning Era"? The Ravens have 2 rings in that time frame, the Colts have 1 despite all of their postseason "success". I went the extra step for you and included the entire history of the franchise, to show just how completely bogus and fake your comments are.
  19. Your assumptions and generalizations about me are all 100% wrong. I was born in 1984, so nope, no "fake outrage". As far as politics, I'm one of the few Republicans in the state of Maryland (along with our Governor). And as far as football goes, you can say whatever you want about that. I've been on the field in big moments and know the game. Have you? You never answered that question.. I have a feeling you were one of the guys in the bleachers on Friday night wishing you could be out there with the guys.
  20. TJD, Brooks, and Watford would have to be one of the best incoming freshman trios in IU history on paper... Give me someone who can consistently make a trey as a 4th, and I'm drooling.
  21. So is this kid B1G material? Those stats are pretty ridiculous. Obviously he's an elite level shooter. This team DESPERATELY needs that. Who has gone and watched him play?
  22. Gotta take care of business tonight. Would be nice to see the guys limit sloppy unforced turnovers in this one. Very tough game @ Michigan around the corner, where sloppiness will get them blown out.
  23. Yikes... That's just trolling... The Ravens have been in the playoffs in 11 of the 22 years they've been in existence and have the best win percentage in the playoffs in the history of the NFL.. That includes 4 AFC Championships and 2 Super Bowls between 2000 and 2012. There a only a few teams with more consistency. Don't the Colts have a losing record in the playoffs?
  24. Ummm no I didn't. Literally, read what I wrote. Just because I included the word 'bad' in my post, does not mean I consider top 10 'bad'. Not sure where the disconnect is here, but whatever. I think this conversation has run it's course. I'll check back in with you if the Colts make it to KC.
