    This hits the nail on the head. I think a big issue is talent acquisition. There are about 4 teams in the BIG that can get top tier talent. IU, OSU, MSU, and UM. Teams like Wisconsin, Purdue, etc get players that basically tackle you and body you on D. I’m not being salty, it’s just the truth. And don’t get me started on the refs. There’s a reason that I think BIG refs are the worst of any sport.

    Snow said today that a big hurdle for this recruitment is that the people around Harlond don’t want him to play in the BIG. They don’t like the style and think it will hurt him. If that’s not a buzzkill..

    Trayce just posted on Twitter about sticking with our program despite rumors he is trying to leave. I seriously hate how ridiculously stupid some of our fans can be. You should be required to meet an IQ threshold to have a social media account.

    This might be the first time in my life I’ve been embarrassed to be an IU fan. I want so bad to believe and put my faith in Archie. In a way, it feels like if he fails, we’ll never get back to what we were. That’s what is so defeating. I think others feel this as well. We know our clock is ticking..and it’s almost midnight

    I think De’ron and Devonte have always been close. They have quite a few pics on instagram together. I’ve always liked De’ron as a person, but I think his basketball playing days are coming to an end. Devonte has been an enigma, that’s for sure. I don’t think you will see either of these guys on the roster next year. For basketball purposes, I think that will only benefit our team.

    Stranger things. Some good movies have been put on recently. The new Avenger movie, some Star Wars movies. Solid choices.

    Bottom line is, we didn’t deserve this win. You can’t decide to play hard the last 10 minutes of the game. The guys just showed they have this in them. Why can’t it be for 40? We need killers on this roster from the get go.
