  1. If any of our players like to win and want to improve they won’t stay if Woodson stays. if they like the university and want to get paid they might stay. a new coach could offer all of the above
  2. It’s all a moot point with Tucker and anyone else that we might want to keep in the program. the new coach is going to have to recruit them to stay and maybe he is successful, maybe he isn’t but regardless our team will be mostly new next year and that is a good thing
  3. Do you think anyone has advised him to stop saying that? If his answer is he needs to get them over the hump every single game for 4 years he has to know or be informed by someone that that makes him look incredibly stupid
  4. There is not a coach in the country that could do less with this roster
  5. You like losing, that is pretty miserable
  6. True but in all fairness, Woody did better when IU helped him with this… Matta, Fife etc. He didn’t like them and pushed them out but those were his most successful seasons
  7. The same idiots that retained Woodson and gave him a raise are responsible for firing him and hiring a new coach. I have zero faith in Woodson and even less in the administration
  8. I’m not sure I agree. Any wins in conference are appreciated.
  9. She has claimed to no? If she didn’t, then she is a total troll. She claims to have intimate knowledge of what’s happening within the IU BOT and athletic department
  10. Not what Kathy is saying - “no groundswell” “no uproar from donors” “not on Dolson’s radar”
  11. No sure he is so much talking about players under Knight so much as he is talking about Knigh himself which is more important than the players. The man was abusive as all hell and he got way with it because of the times but also because he won
  12. Chris Beard will be successful and would kill it at IU
  13. What am I missing about Duke and Scheyer? He is an alumn and seems to be doing well. Why would he or they move on?
  14. It wasn’t useless, fake effort like we see from IU. Any movement we see is useless, going through the motions vs being intentional
  15. I wouldn’t be opposed to Stevens but his decision to leave college for the nba and then his decision to leave coaching for a management role tells me he isn’t sold on being a college coach and we need someone that is all in, 100%, willlijg to go to work in the dark and come home in the dark like Cig
  16. No, based on what she has said, Dolson doesn’t have the authority to make hires. The Cig hire was a stakeholder decision, not his.
  17. Can we get a handwriting expert to compare personal accounts writing to that of “Tyme “?
  18. See above. You are uniquely out of touch
  19. That is not true at all. My father worked in the athletic department at a university for 30 years and that was not the case there and in speaking to him that is not the case most places. He too is not shocked to hear IU has no accountability which is what happens when nobody in particular is appointed to make the final decision.
  20. Consult.. yes, of course. But the buck should stop with the AD as is the case at most schools. He/she/they don’t have to get anyone’s approval. Hearing people’s opinions is great, that’s called info gathering
  21. Once again you are proving that he has to go. If we paid top dollar for these mercenaries, that is a fact, and it isn’t a top 10 roster than what the f? We paid top dollar for a not top 10 roster? That is incompetence and stupidity at a minimum
  22. Maybe you just aren’t doing a good job of explaining the layers of incompetence at IU. Nobody said Dolson should make all of his coaching hiring and firings in a vacuum. He should consult with others but at the end of the day, make the decision without others interfering. That is common practice for most hirings - the final decision has to be with a person, not group think.
  23. Who cares who stays and who goes? They can all leave now if they want. What IU football, Louisville basketball and the list goes on proves is that you can turn around a program over night with the right coaches and players that fit.
  24. You continue to explain why the fans are so pissed and dumbfounded with the level of stupidity. The fact that you and the rest of the fanbase cannot name one assistant that can earn the players respect and motivate them to play hard is bananas. How the f did we get here? Wait, I know.
