I was thinking of getting two tickets close to the 50-yard line for the IU vs Notre Dame FBS to be held 12/20. Then, being the frugal $$$ thinking person that I am, I thought...what I really want is to have souvenirs of the historic game. So, if anyone wants to get rid of their tickets, or picks some up as the game comes to a close, and is willing to mail them to me...I would gladly pay for the postage if you won't deliver them free. Or I will trade you for the used tickets for this wonderful, useful, item that is not on your bingo card:

Trying to contain my excitement as I look forward to the IU team and coaches mail it in for half of a game Monday night against the prairie dogs or muskrats...whatever. What is up with Mgbako? Why did Rice only get one assist last game? Ballo should never, ever, dribble the ball if there is a defender on the basketball court. That plus, never defend further out that 8 feet away from the basket. When will the coaches teach the team how and then demand that they get over the hump? They keep beating themselves.

Penn State just cannot stop Oregon's offense. Period.

I meant to post that no nail-slot-rim defense is envisioned. I mean that I would not envision a nail-slot-rim defense. And if we do not block out and go after the rebounds and Reneau gets two early fouls and we do not shoot the 3, it's going to drive me to drinking. 4 Roses Single Barrel. In my hand now. Why wait? What I want to know, is why did Woody go away from the 2 bigs predominantly last game. What does that mean? Is it a trend? Did Ya get him in a headlock? Threaten his supply of cigars and wine? Inquiring minds drink bourbon.

Keep the excitement down, fans. Coach Woody is changing his approach to the offense. Right? IU is going to keep turnovers down, get rebounds, defend and share the ball. 1 big plays at a time, generally. And no hockey platooning at 8 minutes to kill the mo. Right? Just win big.

Could be that it is against Sam H....but it appears to me that IU is sharing the ball better on offense. Free throws are outstanding. Rebounding is lots better. Defense, at times, sucks. But hey, you want a B1G competitive team?

There hasn't been this much excitement about a preconference game at home at Indiana since last year about this time. Go IU!
