Just watched his 84 team beat UNC in Elite 8. YouTube very good watching. For those who want to see Bobby Knight at his best beating arguably Dean Smith's best ever team should check it out. Dakich was paired with Alford who carried us along with Uwe Blap, Marty Simmons, Mike Giomi. Now there's an all ,what would you say, limited team against Jordan, Smith, Perkins, Daughterys. Simmons and Giomi transferred and 6th man Stew had to pay his way his redshirt year. I'm ready to finally see great coaching again and Knight was the best.

Hand written notes mean a lot. Looks like Kenya wrote Arch one also. Our leadership is all class now including assistant coaches. I watched Schillings media clip and he is really sharp. Great things coming in short order

Who's declaring/transferring around NCAA 2017?

Wasn't he hurt with knee? He needs to go if the $'s there. I would tell any of ours the same including OG whom another year under good coaching here would really help him. -
After watching the last decade, uniforms sure won't keep me from watching. Indiana's history dates back to Naismith, and that's why tradition is important at IU. Basketball wasn't invented in here but everything else about it was. Cutting of the nets was a Hoosier via tobacco road.

Excellent analysis & spot on. I wasn't aware of the lack of degrees and even UKfans can't like this. -
Creans gone can't discuss very poor coaching anymore.

It's our tradition like many others that make us IU. I say no. But I would introduce some new cool designed unis and also keep our traditional ones. A black away design seems to be the trend.

So what is the incentive to being a clean program?
schoosier replied to Brass Cannon's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Nope, our ex president and devil himself, Myles Brand, probably wanted to give us the death penalty. We self reported and Lucifer made sure to take us to hell with him. -

Coca Cola Roy had Kansas in trouble when he left with his academic advisor to UNC. The Willingham report uncovered these athletes were steered towards these classes. Essentially, this advisors job was to help ball players cheat academics. Happy my paper doesn't have UNC on it. -

Thornwell has been sick and shot is flat. -
My kids count national championships like candy. Coastal wins baseball with 2 boys from our high school. Clemson takes it all and 2 SC teams in final four and 1 playing for another. I guess you take em as you get em.

Great idea then I listened to another interview. Sorry but it's not the horrible coaching or spastic creepiness about him. He is a moron plain and simple.

Colonial Crest apts my junior year. Had huge party and even invited our Purdue friends down. TV in every room; I punched a hole in the ceiling after Smarts shot. Think I patched 3 before we moved out. We got a ride to Shower fountains, lost our ride and walked back. I remember it being very cold. We watched the Final Four at Nick's. Everyone just came alive on campus. Little 5 was especially festive that year like we needed a reason. That team wouldn't be denied and we had excellent bench play in Hillman & Steve Eyl in the final four.

I thought Crean said no one could take away their rings. Hope he meant Big 10 champs and not Sweet 16 rings.

Kitchell was a great player for Indiana. He played injured a lot of the time, but always left it on the floor. Ted and Wittman were legendary shooters and we're masterful at using the bank shot which IMO is a lost art. I don't discount his contributions to Indiana basketball, but I do of his opinion of the latest coaching search. Glass got the right guy to lead us back.
