I was joking and read it somewhere here. I believe the rumor has been backed up based on Jakes dad tweeting. So this may not be made up conjecture although most rumors would probably fall into this.

Hope to bring energy at the tip and get Romeo and JMO involved early on offense. I would script the first 5 plays both in set and secondary breaks. The roles are better defined and if we can hit some outside shots; I like our chances. Hall of calls would be nice if it could live up to Dakich name and maybe just a twinkle from Bobby Knight also.

Just win baby. I think this team is playing at its best now albeit 1 win. Players are finding roles and turnovers are quickly rewarded with pine. Crunch time Romeo gets the ball, shots have looked better, and Race has been a very pleasant surprise. He takes up space and holds ground, rebounds, looks to pass first and makes our team better. Our d has also been good or better. If we can continue to get better, we probably still won’t make the tournament. But we will be fun to watch and gives momentum going into crunch time recruiting.

Dakich is correct about Romeo not getting enough shots. We’ve been saying that all year though, while his teammates continue to think they’re option 1. The discrepancies in fouls are because Archie gets no respect.

Race plays good inside d and rebounds. This team needs that.

Agree and he has a Rodman type motor. Just a ton of upsize and he needs to add some bulk.

Yes, the stats are there for all to see. I think we are playing our best ball now, but lack of shooting has cost us many wins. Archie isn’t immune either, as I believe better late game coaching would have given us a couple more wins in the Big this year. When combining these with injuries, suspensions and players attitudes; the end result is not hard to understand.
