    This was basically a practice. Even the most insane among us aren't spending big money on a practice. :)

    But they are not being paid "what they are worth" as their NIL isn't tied to the TV deals, tickets, etc. It's based on whose alumni have a bigger checkbook. So there are have's and have not's. Revenue share should start to level things out, at least within a conference.
