  1. I’m at the game, and let me tell you, it’s not good. There are real nerves.
  2. Rob Cassidy said it’s “probably” not great news for Maryland. If Ware and Reneau can show further development, I think it has to be IU. To me, all signs indicate this is Queen’s thought process.
  3. I see no way in which Ware doesn’t declare and become a 1st Round Pick. I think that’s been the plan all along. When the season is over, he may even had earned lottery status. If Reneau’s defense improves significantly with the rest of the team and he shows he can consistently shoot some from outside, he may declare as well. The kid can score, so I think his biggest question mark is defense. I’m interested to see how Coach gets him to make that improvement.
  4. https://x.com/trillydonovan/status/1722705976963314023?s=46&t=AnGlZsb2hQqJCetbi3nDTg The latest on DQ from Trilly. Not much to report here.
  5. There’s no way MM plays that bad and has that few of minutes the rest of the season. Gunn and Banks were disappointing, but it’s one game and I’m sure they know it, too. Hopefully this lights a fire in the second unit’s behinds because, outside of Cupps, they were a net-negative on the night - and they’re supposed to be a key contributor in this team’s potential. I want to see the entire team play well against Army.
  6. That shot of Mgbako being the first off the bench was an encouraging sign. I also saw him clapping for his teammates in his extended minutes on the bench. That’s notable.
  7. Curious to see Woody’s postgame comments.
  8. Woody must be teaching Mbagko a lesson about defensive assignments and intensity.
  9. Not usually one to post negatively, but that was an absolutely horrible stretch by Walker. If he’s not out of the game after this timeout, that’s an issue to me.
  10. X and Gallo cannot play like they have…period.
  11. That’s really, really bad, X.
  12. I expected it to be tough to watch as there’s so many new pieces figuring out how to play together. I did not expect it to be this disconnected. Cmon, Hoosiers.
  13. How could you not want to watch a game with Will Sheehey?
  14. Oh Woody, saying…”Assembly Skodjt Hall.” Clearly, he never paid attention to or cared for the official name change.
  15. This team can beat Illinois, Michigan State and Purdue. Bowl hopes alive???
  16. So long Wisconsin’s coach.
  17. I get Wisconsin is not ranked but that was fun. Good for the team’s spirits.
  18. I was wondering the same. TV didn’t show the spike.
  19. I would have punted and pinned them deep since Freeman had missed earlier…nice kick!
  20. Commercials are the worst.
  21. Rest well, Coach Knight. I was too young to see your hey day, but I know I grew up a fan of the Hoosiers because of you. You were the reason my father held season tickets and brought me to games from the time I was 6 months old in ‘96. It was because of you we share a love of IU Basketball. A love so deep that from the time I was a little boy, I dreamed of putting on the Candy Stripes and running out the tunnel with that “Indiana” across my chest, which led me to coming to IU for my undergraduate.. There was something magnetic about that floor you stood on because each game my father took me to, I had to go and walk on it on the way to our seats. Any chance I got to walk on that floor you commanded, I took it. You connected the team with the fans, and we all can thank you for that dynamic. You did it your way, and for that, I hope we all can respect. Rest well, Bob Knight. Your legacy is cemented.
