    They are by far the hardest Big Ten program to figure out. Every 5 or 6 years they'll go crazy and play their way into a national title discussion, then they usually follow it up with 3-4 years of nothing.

    Obviously getting away from Tom Crean helped Jurkin develop something resembling basketball skills.

    Maybe I'm being too cynical, but I feel like if we were really still a blueblood we wouldn't be depending on yet another multi-year rebuild. I don't know...I guess after how many years we wasted on Crean and Davis I'm just tired of feeling like we're always rebuilding.

    And our backup center can't get off the bench for the second time in three games. Recruiting has consequences. (Probably won't be the last time I say that this season)
