    If those shooters were dangerous enough that other teams couldn't afford to leave them open, then it would open a lot of room for the rest of the offense to attack.

    Is it really an offer if you can't actually commit? Sounds more like telling a kid they are plan B. Woodson must feel good about our chances with Evans or other recruits that he wants more.

    I think he played hurt this past season and was not very mobile. Not sure how mobile he is when healthy.

    Exactly. Plus, wasn't our last class rather small, which hurt our ranking. Quality is more important than quantity, especially when you don't have a lot of scholarships available in the first place.

    maybe it would work. I'm just thinking egos might get in the way with the coach thinking they were killing it when they weren't.

    If you promote to temporary OC and then try to demote them later to bring in an OC for next season, then good luck keeping that coach that was temporary OC. I guess we could make Hiller temp OC, kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

    Football isn't able to be as picky as basketball given their respective program prestige. Plus, football has a lot more scholarships to dish out and thus wouldn't be as effected by using a few on unproven recruits.

    I think i understand the confusion. Clowney told VT that he would commit if they got a commit from a 7 footer so he wouldn't have to play center but was just clowning around. Now VT is stuck with the 7 foot center and no clowney.

    I'm not sure why he would say that he reclassed. if he comes after the season is over, then he is still considered to be in the same class.
